Do I need any technical experience?
No. If you can use email and a web browser, you're ready. We start from fundamentals and move at a pace designed for business leaders, not engineers.
What should I bring?
A laptop (not a tablet) with Chrome or a modern browser installed. We'll send detailed setup instructions and pre-work upon registration.
Where are events held?
Professional conference venues in each tour city. Full details — including venue address, parking, WiFi, and recommended hotels — are sent upon registration.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the event. 50% refund or complimentary transfer to another city within 2–6 days. No refunds within 48 hours, but free transfers are available.
