Programs and Services

Registration and Enrollment

Registration for programs, including One Weekend AI Masterclass, is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit enrollment, modify program schedules, change venues, or cancel programs at our discretion. In the event of cancellation by us, registered participants will receive a full refund.

Payment and Pricing

Program fees are as listed at the time of registration. Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect registrations already confirmed.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation by participant: Full refund if cancelled 14 or more days before the program start date. 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before the program start date. No refund for cancellations within 6 days of the program start date.
• Satisfaction guarantee: If you attend the full program and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of program completion for a full refund. We stand behind our training.
• Cancellation by us: Full refund will be issued if we cancel or reschedule a program.

Program Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during all programs. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with a professional learning environment. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website and in our programs — including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, workbooks, frameworks, and software — is the property of Northline Systems or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

Program Materials

Materials provided during programs (workbooks, prompt libraries, roadmap templates, etc.) are licensed for your personal and internal business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share program materials with individuals who did not attend the program.

Your Content

If you submit content to us (testimonials, feedback, questions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, including marketing and promotional materials. We will not use your name or likeness without your consent.
