What people ask before they book.
Do you travel anywhere in the US?
Yes. All team training packages include travel within the continental United States. We’ve trained organizations from Miami to Seattle. Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations are quoted separately.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend 4–6 weeks minimum to allow time for the discovery call, curriculum customization, and workbook printing. Popular months (September–November, January–March) book quickly — reach out early.
What does our team need to bring?
Each attendee needs a laptop with Chrome installed and a free Claude account (we send setup instructions in advance). Everything else is provided.
Can the training be split across two separate days instead of back-to-back?
Yes, with a small scheduling fee. Most organizations prefer consecutive days for better continuity and retention.
What industries have you trained?
Law firms, medical and dental practices, CPA firms, financial advisory firms, construction companies, engineering firms, government contractors, community colleges, and corporate teams across multiple sectors.
Is the training appropriate for non-technical staff?
Specifically designed for it. If your team can use email, they can complete this training. We’ve trained receptionists, office managers, and senior partners in the same room.
Do you offer ongoing or follow-up training?
Yes. The Professional package includes a 30-day virtual check-in. Enterprise packages can include quarterly sessions, train-the-trainer programs, or annual refresher training.
What if our team is spread across multiple locations?
Multi-location programs are available under the Enterprise tier. We can train multiple sites on a rolling schedule or simultaneously with additional instructors.
